  • Trivia
WAMPAS Baby Star of 1929, a former vaudeville dancer. Started in films in 1926, appearing opposite Syd Chaplin. Sadly, she found herself in the cast of the film which ruined John Gilbert's career, His Glorious Night (1929), which left everyone associated with it, with egg on their face. Her career never recovered and she spent her remaining five years in the industry acting in B-westerns for Poverty Row companies, like FBO, Monogram and Reliable. Doris was the wife of writer/producer/director Monte Brice.
