He was a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company for three seasons in the ’60s, and throughout his life frequently played the leading roles in “Macbeth,” “Uncle Vanya” and “King Lear.”

‘Seinfeld’ Reunion: Julia Louis-Dreyfus Speaks Out After Jerry Seinfeld Teases Show’s Return
Image
As far as Julia Louis-Dreyfus knows, Jerry Seinfeld’s teases about a potential Seinfeld reunion might as well be yada yada yada. “Yeah, I just saw [that news] last night,” Louis-Dreyfus told The Guardian last week, after Seinfeld made comments about the ’90s sitcom’s future. “And I don’t know what the hell he’s talking about.” Seinfeld hyped up the possibility of some sort of Seinfeld project on Saturday, October 7, at a comedy show at Boston’s Boch Center, after an audience member asked if he liked the way the NBC series ended. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Linda Henry (@linda_pizzuti) “Well, I have a little secret for you about the ending,” he replied. “But I can’t really tell it because it is a secret.” Amid amused groans from the audience, the comedian opened up a bit more. “Here’s what I’ll tell you,...

Seinfeld’s Julia Louis-Dreyfus Offers Her Two Cents About a Possible Reunion For the ‘Show About Nothing’
Image
Julia Louis-Dreyfus is unaware of any plans for a Seinfeld reunion and doesn't understand Jerry Seinfeld's recent comments. Seinfeld and Larry David have been pondering the show's controversial finale and suggest that something related to it will happen in the future. The finale of Seinfeld left many fans dissatisfied, as the main characters were sentenced to jail, but with the possibility of a reunion, they could be living their lives freely.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus doesn’t have a clue about a future Seinfeld reunion, or, at least, that’s how she responded in the press. On Saturday, October 7, Jerry Seinfeld appeared in a pair of shows at the Boch Center in Boston, Massachusetts. During one of his stand-up performances in Beantown, the co-creator of the “show about nothing” teased a possible continuation of the controversial Seinfeld finale. And Louis-Dreyfus responded to Seinfeld’s comments in an interview with The Guardian (below):

Jerry Seinfeld Says ‘Something Is Going To Happen’ Involving the Controversial Seinfeld Finale
Image
Seinfeld fans may finally get the reunion they've been waiting for, as Jerry Seinfeld hinted at something regarding the show's controversial ending. Over the past 25 years, there have been various Seinfeld-related entertainment appearances, but a true authentic reunion has been missing. The form or format of the reunion is unknown, leaving fans to eagerly anticipate what Seinfeld and co-creator Larry David have planned.

Most fans will find what Jerry Seinfeld said in Beantown “sponge-worthy” information. 25 years ago, the Seinfeld television series ended its nine-season run on NBC with its oh-so controversial ending. Jerry, George (Jason Alexander), Kramer (Michael Richards) and Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) all find themselves left to rot in jail after breaking the Good Samaritan Law in Latham, Massachusetts. However, perhaps the beloved characters are finally getting a well-deserved reprieve. @linda_pizzuti wrote in an Instagram post featuring Jerry Seinfeld performing in Boston, Massachusetts:

Jerry Seinfeld teases ‘something is going to happen that has to do’ with ‘Seinfeld’ finale
Image
It sounds like Jerry Seinfeld has at least thought about double-dipping on “Seinfeld.”

At a comedy show last weekend, the Emmy Award-winning co-creator and star of the hit series was asked by an audience member if he liked the show’s controversial ending.

“Well, I have a little secret for you about the ending, but I can’t really tell it because it’s a secret,” Seinfeld said in response. “Here’s what I can tell you, but you can’t tell anybody: Something is going to happen that has to do with that ending. It hasn’t happened yet.”

After the audience erupted in cheers, he added, “And just what you are thinking about, [‘Seinfeld’ co-creator] Larry [David] and I have also been thinking about. So you’ll see.”

Jerry Seinfeld Teases Possible ‘Seinfeld’ Reunion: “Something Is Going To Happen”
Image
Is a Seinfeld revival in the works? During a stand-up show in Boston over the weekend, Jerry Seinfeld teased that possibility or something of that sort.

Seinfeld referred to the iconic comedy series finale, telling the crowd that he has a “little secret” and that “something is going to happen” related to that ending.

“It hasn’t happened yet,” he teased. “And just what you are thinking about, Larry [David] and I have also been thinking about, so you’ll see… you’ll see.”

Seinfeld did not elaborate, so we’ll all have to stay tuned.

Buzz of a possible Seinfeld revival is not new. When asked by Ellen DeGeneres on her show in 2018 if Seinfeld could follow other sitcom revivals such as Will & Grace and Roseanne, Seinfeld said, “It’s possible.”

Seinfeld Revival Plans Teased By Creator 25 Years After Divisive Series Finale
Image
Jerry Seinfeld teases a secret about the controversial series finale of Seinfeld during a recent stand-up set. According to Seinfeld, something is going to happen related to the ending, but he doesn't provide further details. Both Jerry Seinfeld and show creator Larry David have been thinking about it, hinting at a surprise in the future.

Seinfeld co-creator and star Jerry Seinfeld teases revival plans 25 years after the divisive finale. Watched by an audience of 76 million viewers at the time with fellow co-creator Larry David returning to write the script, the ending of Seinfeld garnered a divisive response. Both critics and audiences were dismayed by an episode that saw Jerry, Elaine, George, and Kramer put on trial for their misanthropic behavior throughout the show, essentially serving as a parade of cameos from memorable guests and minor characters. The closing minutes see the central characters behind bars, serving time as a form of karmic justice.

Is Danny Dyer Right For Eastenders?
With Danny Dyer coming into Walford as new Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter, the mockney archetype has sparked a lot of opinion from various forum sites and social media. The votes seem to be split 50/50 with some expressing their love for his working-class nature and the rest dubbing him ‘Danny Dire’. To be fair, he has previously been criticized to limiting himself to the same cockney role in TV shows such as Skins or films like The Football Factory. However, this may work in his favour – he certainly won’t be out of his depth as he will be playing the same role he has become famous for – The working-class cockney, with a different angle from the writers of the successful soap of course.

The criticism of Dyer leading quite a narrow career in terms of acting roles overall, could be seen as irrelevant – Eastenders is full of ‘cockney geezers...

'EastEnders' Carly actress Kellie Shirley: "I nearly blew up Square"
EastEnders (1985)
Returning EastEnders star Kellie Shirley has claimed that she nearly blew up the Albert Square set while filming her first scene. The Carly Wicks actress, who returns on Thursday (September 6) to help off-the-rails mother Shirley (Linda Henry), revealed that she accidentally lost control of a truck and ran over electrical wires. Speaking to The Sun, she explained: "When I read the script and it said Carly would drive around Albert Square in a big truck, I thought, 'How am I going to do that?' "The Square is tiny so it's not easy to manoeuvre a great big truck around it, especially when you are as small as I am. "I put on Carly's 5-inch heels and got in the truck but as I started the engine and tried to drive in the heels I couldn't control it and ran over a load of electrical wires and almost blew the Square up.
