Hillary Hawkins, former Host of Nick Jr. & Radio Disney, is actress screenwriter producer of "Stuck For A Reason" (aired on ABC, CBS, NBC & FOX as a part of "African American Short Films"), "A Pill For Two" (nominated for 7 awards, winner Best Actress Award), "Actors Anonymous Hotline" & more! She is the voice of Amal in the Emmy® Award-Winning Series "Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal" (Cartoon Network Studios), Amahle in Kevin O'Donnell's "Search and Explore" (ABCmouse), an ADR Celebrity Voice Match Voice Actor for Tyler Perry's "Acrimony" and also worked as an ADR Voice Actor for Marvel's "Luke Cage", "Black Lightning", "The Chi" and more.
As a child actor, Hillary was the singing voice of Vanessa on Nickelodeon's "Gullah Gullah Island", Kate on Nickelodeon's "Are You Afraid of The Dark?", Keisha on "New York Undercover" which aired on FOX and most recently aired on BET and she also played the part of Jennifer in a series of Berlitz videos in Japan.
Hillary is a polyglot performer who enjoys acting and singing in many different accents and languages including English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Swahili and more. If she can hear it, she can do it! The 5'2'' multilingual actress / singer is also a female martial artist with a Black Belt in Fusion Kenpo, a black belt in Chinese Kenpo, and she trains with Martial Arts Hall of Famer Eldridge Hawkins Jr. in American Style Nunchaku. He is training her to be a super hero!
Beyond the arts, Hillary Hawkins worked in Child Protective Services as a Bilingual Family Service Specialist II for the State of New Jersey and for Safe Horizon as a Bilingual Interviewer for a Risk Assessment Validation Experiment funded by the US Department of Justice. She has interviewed victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, families of homicide victims, child, teen & adult survivors of abuse and has provided crisis intervention, case management and counseling services.
Hillary is a 3X Voice Arts Awards nominee and was nominated for Author Performance Best Voice Over for "Molestation Monologues." She is also an Amazon Bestselling author and her e-book "How To Become A Voice Over Artist Spiritual Keys to Success" ranked #1 New Release in 3 Categories: Teen & Young Adult Careers, Teen & Young Adult TV & Radio and Teen & Young Adult Performing Arts e-books.
Hillary achieved her Dual BA in Spanish and Creative Writing from Smith College in just 3 years on the Dean's List while working as a Radio Personality for WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM and studying Jazz Voice at Amherst College. Hillary completed graduate coursework in Psychology and Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University. This International Voice Over Artist enjoys working with clients worldwide from her home studios in Los Angeles, California & New Jersey, USA and performs little girl voices, kid boy voices, teen and young adult character voices in a wide variety of accents & dialects for animation projects, commercials, TV, Film & more!
