Jonas Grimas is a BAFTA winning director with over a hundred credits in high-end British and European television drama, short films and documentaries. Parallel to this, he have portrayed the process of painters, glass designers, musicians, conductors and other performance. Born in Sweden, where he studied science then music theory at University, he went on to study filmmaking at the Dramatic Institute in Stockholm and the Royal College of Art in London. Based in London since 1988 he is teaching filmmaking at the London Film School, UK since 2020.
