Her distinguished theater career led to roles in television, independent features and eventually mainstream film. She was nominated for 4 Gemini awards and won for her role in the David Millaard story.

She sharpened her skills understudying 22 people at Canada's Stratford Festival where she appeared in many Shakespeare plays including Hamlet (as Ophelia) Chekhov plays like Uncle Vanya and was the swing in the operetta H.M.S Pinafore and the musical Gypsy understudying all 3 strippers.
She lives in Toronto Los Angeles and New York and loves working in all 3 cities.
She is of Italian-Slovenian descent and speaks Italian and French fluently.
