Bruno Granichstaedten was born on 1 September 1879 in Vienna, Austria-Hungary [now Austria]. He was a writer and composer, known for Walzerparadies (1931), Die Försterchristl (1931) and Le studio amoureux (1932). He was married to Selma Mertens and Rosalie Kaufmann. He died on 30 May 1944 in New York City, New York, USA.
