Harry is survived by his three children, Stephen, Joanne Jr., and Paul, and has multiple grandchildren. Stephen became a writer and professor, while Joanne Jr. worked in production for many television shows including The Larry Sanders show. Harry was ultimately married to his wife of many years, Joanne Burgan, and they parented Joanne Jr. and Paul.
