Maria Gella was born on 2 February 1890 in Lemberg, Galicia, Austria-Hungary [now Lviv, Ukraine]. She was an actress, known for Zwariowana noc (1967), Kalosze szczescia (1958) and La maison solitaire (1949). She died on 25 July 1970 in Kraków, Malopolskie, Poland.
