One day after her entire family moved to Mexico city, she went to audition for the group Timbiriche, out of a 100 auditioners she got the job, and performed with Timbiriche from 1989 to 1992. She was also part of the group Munecos De Papel which only lasted 3 months. After appearing in three popular soap operas from 1991 and 1994 she turned in Mexico's Sex Symbol and proved it with her own calendar, which was a huge hit.
