Victor Manuel Gaviria González (Medellín, January 19, 1955) is a film director, screenwriter, Colombian poet and writer. Psychologists at the University of Antioquia and Colombia is one of the most internationally renowned filmmakers. His three films have won numerous international awards and even two of them were part of the official selection at Cannes. His work is recognized by Gaviria reflect the social reality of their country.
