Today, Latino Victory Project is launching its 2022 Vote Like a Madre campaign, a 5 million voter mobilization investment, featuring Latina artists, celebrities and influencers, including: Eva Longoria, America Ferrera, Lin-Manuel Miranda and his mother Dr. Luz Towns-Miranda, Jessica Alba, Rosario Dawson, Rosie Perez, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Ariana DeBose, Angélica María, Angélica Vale, Gloria Calderón Kellet, Chef Lorena Garcia, Carolina Sandoval, Danna Garcia, Cyn Santana among other Latina leaders.

Led by Latino Victory Project, Vote Like A Madre aims to mobilize Latina voters, an influential voter demographic, to vote around the climate crisis issue, which is a top priority issue for Latinas and Latinos in 2022. Rafael Amaya Signs Multi-Project Deal With Telemundo Global Studios

“El Señor de los Cielos” star Rafael Amaya has inked a multi-project deal with Telemundo Global Studios, committing to starring in various original productions. The Mexican entertainer’s first project is slated to premiere later this year. Amaya, a telenovela veteran, is one of the best-known actors in Spanish-language media.

“This deal reaffirms Telemundo’s commitment to working with the best talent in the business and to continue creating groundbreaking original content for Latinos across all platforms,” said Karen Barroeta, exec VP of production and development at Telemundo Global Studios. Recently, the studio signed with Spain’s Planeta for exclusive rights to the complete library of all-time best-selling Spanish-language writer Corín Tellado, which reaches nearly 4,000 titles. Moreover, Telemundo Global Studios launched Telemundo Streaming Studios in May, a studio dedicated to meeting the escalating demand of Latino streaming services in the U.S. and world.
