Mtume Gant is a Director and Actor hailing from New York City. A Graduate of the Laguardia H.S. of the Performing Arts as well as the Acting Conservatory at Suny Purchase Mtume began his career as an Actor staring in films like the Sundance Award winning Hurricane Streets (1997), Carlito's Way Rise to Power (2005) and maybe most notably as a cast member in the HBO series OZ. Since those days Mtume has gone on to become an award winning Filmmaker after debuting his first short film SPIT (2015) and is in development of his fist Feature Film Project.
