The third of four children, Leonardo Fuica Aka "Leo Zola" was born in Ponte Vedra ,
Spain, to Chilean parents.
At four years old he and his family moved to Morocco, Casablanca for one year before emigrated to Canada and settled in Montreal.
At ten years old he received his first acting role as a guest Star in "Lance et Compte".
After guest starring in a few TV movies and in the mini series "L'affaire Kafka 10-07", he landed regular roles in the TVA dramas "Les 2 freres " and RC "Tag."
Since those series ended he has been working nonstop, making his American debut in the film "Home Team" with Steven Guttenberg. It was in working on this film that he became interested in production.
His siblings all work in the film industry. Demian Fuica is a Director, Mayra Fuica a key make-up artist , and Alexandra Fuica works in special effects and animation.
In 2007, after playing the lead in his brother's film "last incarnations," he founded Fuica productions inc. and began producing as well as acting and writing.
Finally, in 2011 the first Fuica brothers movie, "La Run" was made - written, produced and edited primarily by the Fuicas. It was in Competition at WFFM (Montreal,Canada) , FFA (Angouleme,France) and FIFPL (Liege, Belgium), and for their work they received 3 nominations at the JUTRA AWARDS in 2012 for best supporting-role, best screenplay and best editing. In 2015,he wrote,produce and directed his first feature called "L'ÉNERGIE SOMBRE P=WP" that talk about paranormal, that was realse in theater in Canada, Québec.
