Biography

Born in Vienna, Austria. After completing his university studies in acting and directing, he became an ensemble member of the Theater der Jugend, the Volkstheater Wien and the Klagenfurt Ensemble. In addition to his training as an actor and director, he also studied camera, editing and screenwriting in Vienna and Munich. He shot with Stefan Ruzowitzky, Wolfgang Murnberger, Wolfgang Glück, Oliver Hirschbiegel, Götz Spielmann, Robert Dornhelm and many other international directors. He starred in popular television series such as "Kommissar Rex", "Stockinger" and "Medicopter 117", and made films such as "BurnOut" and "Halsweh" as an independent producer. In 2017, the film "The Final Barrier", in which he starred and co-directed, was Grand Winner of the California Awards for Best Narrative Feature in San Diego, California.
