    • Scott Forbes was born on September 11, 1920 in High Wycombe, England, UK. He was an actor and writer, known for The Adventures of Jim Bowie (1956), Le Saint (1962) and La nuit des alligators (1967). He was married to Jeanne Moody. He died on February 25, 1997 in Swindon, Wiltshire, England, UK.

  • Handsome English leading man who, after briefly working for the Ministry of Defence, turned to acting using the stage name Julian Dallas. He made a couple of film appearances for the Rank Organisation before moving to the US, signed by Warner Brothers. He took acting classes in New York under Morris Carnovsky, then made his mark as the title character of The Adventures of Jim Bowie (1956), for which he affected a convincing Southern drawl. He returned to England in the 1960s to work in television.
  • Educated at Repton and Balliol College, Oxford.
