A funeral service for Hulk Hogan took place on Tuesday in Clearwater, Florida. Several WWE legends appeared at the funeral, and one important guest delivered a heartfelt eulogy. According to Fightful’s Jimmy Van, former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon made this eulogy and asked the attendees to give Hogan “one last standing ovation.”

McMahon and Hogan’s relationship began decades ago when he was the biggest star in WWE and made Hulkamania into a phenomenon. While they were friends for the most part, McMahon and Hogan also experienced some tension between them.

Other important guests at the private service from the world of wrestling included Ric Flair, Kid Rock, Linda McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, Shane McMahon, Triple H, Kevin Nash, and Bam Margera. Flair took it to X to share that Hogan had sold out even in heaven. He shared:

Rob Zombie has been one of the most polarizing figures in the horror community since making the leap from musician to filmmaker. The road to the 2013 straight-to-home-media Wester/horror film "Gallowwalkers" was weirdly circuitous. Way back in 2005, Ain't It Cool News announced that Chow Yun-fat was working on a horror Western wherein he would play a bounty hunting gunslinger that fought zombies. That film was to be called "The Wretched" and would be overseen by the production companies Sheer Films and Patriot Pictures, with Andrew Goth serving as co-writer and director. AICN's scoop was also confirmed in an issue of Fangoria Magazine.

Chow must have dropped out, though, because the next update on the project came in 2008, also in an issue of Fangoria. "The Wretched" had since become a project titled "Gallowwalker." The film was still being co-written and directed by Goth, but Wesley Snipes (who's one of our best actors) was now slated to star alongside David DeCoteau regular Andrew Smith and wrestler Diamond Dallas Page, with shooting to take place in Namibia.

Pro wrestler Kevin Sullivan has died, WWE shared in a statement Friday. The wrestling legend had been known to be in the hospital in the last few months, suffering complications after emergency surgery for a “devastating accident” in May, his family shared last month. He was 74 years old.

The wrestler’s family announced last month that he was in intensive care. Following the surgery that saved his leg, he faced complications including encephalitis and sepsis. A GoFundMe fundraising campaign for his care raised more than $50,000 with other wrestling industry notables donating, including Cody Rhodes, Mick Foley, Chris Jericho, Diamond Dallas Page, Tony Khan, Jim Cornette and others.

Exclusive: Action comedy High Heat has added Kaitlin Doubleday (Empire), Dallas Page (The Devil’s Rejects), Ivan Martin (Billions) Chiara D’Ambrosio (Diary of a Future President), Bianca D’Ambrosio (Parks and Recreation) and Dylan Flashner (The Card Counter) to its cast.

The actors will appear alongside previously announced cast members Olga Kurylenko and Don Johnson.

The recently-wrapped heist film directed by Zach Golden (The Escape of Prisoner 614) takes place over a single night and follows Ana (Kurylenko), a meticulous chef with a hidden past, and her husband Ray (Johnson), a schmoozy serial restaurateur. When the local mafia shows up to burn down her restaurant as part of an insurance scam, Ana defends her turf and proves her knife skills both in and out of the kitchen.

Jordan Yale Levine and Jordan Beckerman are producing the film, penned by James Pedersen, with Jesse Korman and Zola Elgart Glassman of Yale Productions.

Rob Zombie's Firefly family returns for a real day of the dead in the 3 From Hell trailer.

Free the three! Now we can have a real day of the dead. Just when you thought there was no justice in this world, the first full-length 3 From Hell trailer promises a bloodbath and a devil of a time. The odds were a million to one against Capt. Spaulding (Sid Haig), Otis Firefly (Bill Moseley), and Vera-Ellen "Baby" Firefly (Sheri Moon Zombie) surviving their standoff with the police at their last rampage, but with a little faith, nothing is impossible.

3 From Hell is a family movie. The Firefly family has a deadly tradition going back to 2003, with Rob Zombie's directorial debut House of 1000 Corpses making way for the 2005 sequel The Devil's Rejects. Written and directed by Rob Zombie, the trilogy tells the story of Dr. Satan and his merry band of murderous misfits.

The Firefly family won't be the only ones returning in Rob Zombie's new Devil's Rejects movie 3 From Hell, as the filmmaker announced today that Danny Trejo will reprise his role as Rondo, one half of the bounty hunting duo known as the Unholy Two.

Rob Zombie announced the latest 3 From Hell casting news on Instagram, sharing a photo of himself with Trejo (see below) on the set of 3 From Hell. In The Devil's Rejects, Trejo's character (Rondo) and the other half of the Unholy Two, Billy Ray Snapper (Dallas Page) tracked down the Firefly family for the revenge-seeking Sheriff Wydell (William Forsythe).

With the promise of a new and highly competitive level of in game competition, WWE has now released the specifics of the Season Pass for WWE 2K18.

The Dlc in the new addition to the WWE 2K game franchise will include the recently returned to the company fan favorites, The Hardy Boyz. It will also add a fury of new moves and additional unlockable features. The individual content packages will begin releasing in late 2017, with some packages releasing in early 2018, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Windows PC.

WWE Games in the past have given us very extensive rosters. Now they have revealed their roster for the newest installment of WWE 2K18. Come inside and check out the currently released roster.

Past WWE 2K rosters have been extensive and full of special inclusions of superstars both past and present. This years 2K18 does not seem to be any different. From the incredible talent in the WWE, to the up and coming prodigies in Nxt, WWE 2K18 seems to giving us the best in professional wrestler gaming.

This time of year the WWE makes every effort they can to step up their performance. With Wrestlemania around the corner, they want to make sure as many eyes as possible are watching the Granddaddy of Them All. It’s also a time to reflect and honor the past as this is usually the time of year they start announcing the next WWE Hall of Fame class. Thanks to Bryan Alvarez from the Wrestling Observer, we may have some clue as to who will be a part of the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017. A deserving choice if there ever was one. Starting off as a manager, he worked his way up in his late 30’s to become a wrestler and eventual WCW World Champion.

When 2k first revealed WWE 2K17 back in May, there were no details confirmed about the game other than the fact that Goldberg would be available as a pre-order bonus. June came and they announced that a man who had only wrestled seven times in 2016 up to that point – Brock Lesnar – would be the cover star but still, there was no information about the actual game.

In July, we got a look at some roster reveals and downloadable content announcements, but yet again, gameplay information was nowhere to be seen. Alarm bells were ringing for sure by this point but finally, midway through August, the publisher decided to actually detail some of the things that fans could expect to see as they stepped into the digital squared circle in 2K’s fifth attempt at creating a must-have wrestling title.
