  • In 1959, Warner Brothers gave her a screen test, but they turned her down with a note that she resembled Elizabeth Taylor or Grace Kelly, but they couldn't decide which one would be her type of part to play.
  • Became completely deaf from an accident at age four but regained her hearing completely when she was nine.
  • 1962 Hollywood Deb Star.
  • Her husband, James Robert Neal, died in 2006. He was survived by their three children: two sons and a daughter.
  • Born to a Hungarian father and an Italian mother.
  • Attended Alexander Hamilton High School in Los Angeles, California, graduating in Summer 1958 under the name Dolores Hedges. She was a member of Sock'n'Buskin, the school's drama club.
  • It is worth mentioning that in his book "Glamour Girls of Sixties Hollywood: Seventy-Five Profiles", author Tom Lisanti claimed that Faith was alive and living in Florida as of 2006; however, two people close to Dolores Faith confirmed that the actress had committed suicide in 1990.
