Robert has been acting professionally since 1976, when he toured the country, logging over 50,000 miles... one of four young actors in a van... performing two original comedies and a four-person version of "A Man for All Seasons " with the Repertory Theatre of America. He has continued to tread the boards, appearing as JD in "Escape to Margaritaville," Boolie in "Driving Miss Daisy," Uncle Ernie in The Who's "Tommy, " Max Bialystock in "The Producers" and Oscar Madison in "The Odd Couple." at the Springer Opera House, Columbus, Georgia.

In Los Angeles he was Estragon/Gogo in "Waiting for Godot" as well as appearing in "Art," "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels," the critically acclaimed "The Dining Room" (directed by Kay Cole), "Urinetown" (LA Weekly award winner), "Laughing Wild," "Landscape of the Body," and "One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest."

Nationally: the dinner theatre circuit, playing too many comic foils. To date, he has appeared on over 170 stages across the United States. He produced, wrote, and hosted 24 episodes of the syndicated reality series, "Could It Be A Miracle?"
