Homestead: The Series, a continuation of Angel’s Homestead film, stars Bailey Chase (Longmire), Charles Esten (Nashville), Dawn Olivieri (Yellowstone), Jill Wagner (Lioness) and Jesse Hutch (Freddy vs. Jason).

“Homestead has captivated audiences worldwide with its bold and uplifting vision of the post-apocalyptic genre,” Jordan Harmon, the president of Angel, told THR. “The stellar cast, fueled by the unwavering support of our Angel Guild, has not only has allowed us to greenlight the completion of season one but also secured an early greenlight for season two, ensuring fans can dive back into the story sooner than ever.”

Exclusive: Angel Studios (Sound of Freedom) is rounding out cast for TV series Homestead, a continuation of the upcoming film of the same name starring Neal McDonough, Bailey Chase and Dawn Olivieri. Charles Esten, Jill Wagner and Sam Page have been cast in the post-apocalyptic drama series about the survival of a community within a doomsday compound. They join the film’s Chase and Olivieri, who will also appear in the series.

Based on Jeff Kirkham and Jason Ross’ bestselling book series Black Autumn, Homestead the series revolves around a family’s attempts to survive after a world-ending tragedy.

This is a pinch-me-moment because one of the best shows on Netflix has finally returned. Season 4 of the hit Netflix series Outer Banks is here, and it is needless to say each episode is its very own rollercoaster of emotions, inside jokes, and lots of bad ideas. But hey, Pogues roll with whichever cards they are given, right? This time around, though, the stakes are much higher, and the Pogues are starting to push the limits of what is possible.

Exclusive: Outer Banks actress Carlacia Grant has signed with Anonymous Content for representation in all areas.

Grant recently reprised her breakout role as Cleo in Season 4 of Netflix’s Outer Banks, which debuted on October 10. She stars alongside Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss, Rudy Pankow, and Charles Esten.

Prior to that role, Grant also had a recurring role in the Oprah Winfrey Network’s drama series Greenleaf, opposite Keith David, Lynn Whitfield, and Merle Dandridge. Her other television credits include her debut role in the History Channel’s remake of Roots, as well as a recurring role on NBC’s Game of Silence.

Grant, a Haitian-Jamaican-American actress who found her passion for the craft at a young age, currently resides in Los Angeles.

She continues to be represented by TalentWorks, Tmp Artists, imPRint,and Johnson, Shapiro, Slewett and Kole.

Outer Banks tells the story of two distinct groups in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the working-class Pogues and the upper-class Kooks. When John B's (Chase Stokes) father goes missing, he enlists his Pogue friends Pope (Jonathan Daviss), JJ (Rudy Pankow) and Kiara (Madison Bailey) to help him finish the treasure hunt that his father started. This quest leads to many clashes with the Kooks on the island, including Sarah Cameron (Madelyn Cline), her father Ward (Charles Esten) and her brother Rafe (Drew Starkey), who are also seeking the golden treasure.

Outer Banks returns for another exciting adventure that pits the Pogues against the Kooks and many more. Season 3 concluded the first chapter of the Netflix series. The Pogues catch a ride back from South America and make peace with family after finding the gold at El Dorado and losing Big John (Charles Halford) and Ward Cameron (Charles Esten). Things aren’t totally smooth sailing with everyone, but the gold that Sarah (Madelyn Cline) and John B (Chase Stokes) were able to take from the lost city in their backpack was worth $1.1 million.

When it comes to Outer Banks, there are some things you can always count on: high-speed chases, swoon-worthy romance, and epic action.

Outer Banks is a teen drama that follows two distinct groups in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the Pogues and the Kooks. New York-based indie sales outfit Visit Films has secured worldwide sales rights to “The Easy Kind,” starring country singer Elizabeth Cook, following the film’s well-received premiere at the Telluride Film Festival.

In the film, Cook portrays a fictionalized version of herself, exploring the challenges of a musician navigating middle age and an industry that has yet to fully recognize her talent. The supporting cast includes Susie Essman, David Letterman, Karen Allen, Charles Esten, Melissa Jackson and Catherine Curtin.

The film represents the narrative feature debut of award-winning documentary filmmaker Katy Chevigny whose previous credits include directing two Emmy-winning episodes of “Home” for A24 and AppleTV+, and co-directing the Emmy-nominated documentary “E-Team.”

Hayden Panettiere’s latest interview has prompted fears that the actress may have suffered a relapse.

As you may be aware, Hayden has battled alcoholism throughout her adult life.

But she checked into rehab and got sober in 2020. Shortly thereafter, the Scream VI star kicked off a major career comeback.

In 2022, however, tragedy struck as Hayden’s brother, Jansen Panettiere, passed away at the age of 28.

Fans feared that the loss would trigger a relapse. And new footage posted by People has prompted further concerns that Hayden has fallen back into her old habits.

“The Easy Kind” isn’t the easiest kind of film to describe for someone who is getting a first look, as audiences did in its premiere screenings at the Telluride Film Festival this past weekend. On first blush, it might appear to be a documentary of the esteemed country singer Elizabeth Cook, who enjoys a sizable following for an independent artist, between her nearly 25-year discography and her SiriusXM radio show. But soon enough, for anyone who didn’t see the “narrative” notation in the program notes, it’s clear enough that much of the movie is scripted. David Letterman, Cook’s biggest booster in real life, plays himself in one scene, but Karen Allen, Charles Esten and Susie Essum are doing character roles, and Cook herself is “EC,” who shares the singer’s exact career history but has some fictional romantic interests.
