First major role was that of Fred/Petruchio in Kiss Me Kate in 1981 as
a seventh grader at the famed Tower School, Marblehead, MA. Allegedly
at the time, the director was overheard to say to the musical director,
"Well, he read the lines well but he can't sing worth a lick."
Following this fortunate mishap, Michael abandoned any fleeting dreams of being a power forward for the Celtics or a star pitcher for the Red Sox and forged onward to a path of art.
Michael is presently based in Los Angeles, CA and avidly pursues film, television and theater, along with perfecting his ever-evolving guacamole recipes.
