Richert Easley

Richert was born in a small town in Louisana in 1944. Following a
graduate degree in theatre from UCSB he moved to New York where long
friendship with writer director Richard Benner resulted in his appearing in
two of his films: Happy Birthday, Gemini (1980) and Outrageous! (1977). Two Broadway appearances include
the infamous Oh Calcutta! and a highly praised revial of Porgy and Bess
in the eighties. While he has done little film work since those
included here he continues to work regularly in regional theatres
throughout the US.
