Patrick Durkin(1936-2009)

Chubby, curly-haired small-part character actor of stage and screen, former straight man to comedian Tommy Cooper. Trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. A semi-regular in the 'Carry On' films, he also tended to play minor heavies and is best remembered for his drinking scene with Karen Allen in Les Aventuriers de l'arche perdue (1981).
