Often featured today in seminar, panel discussion & lecture appearances, Royce Dudley is considered by many to be a pioneer of modern independent filmmaking, having produced his first feature film, " Say Hello", in 1981 at the age of 19. With DIY-cinema roots dating to the mid 1970's, his first 8mm Kodachrome movies were created in his native Santa Barbara using costumes & props borrowed from a local theater company & volunteer classmates as actors and crew. Among those early collaborators was a then-13 year old Anthony Edwards.- IMDb mini biography by: Anonymous

- The whole "digital vs film " debate is a conversation I avoid. It's like a Chevy vs. Ford debate. Both may arguably have pluses and minuses, and both continue to evolve every year. But it's much more important that you know how to drive than to argue.
