Jean Doumanian, American television and film producer, was born in Chicago on July 28, 1936. She had two older siblings, James and Elaine.
Doumanian produced/executive produced eight films written and directed by Woody Allen: Coups de feu sur Broadway (1994), Don't Drink the Water (1994), Maudite Aphrodite (1995), Tout le monde dit I love you (1996), Harry dans tous ses états (1997), Celebrity (1998), Accords & désaccords (1999), and Escrocs mais pas trop (2000). She also produced Wild Man Blues (1997), a documentary on Woody Allen and the Eddy New Orleans Jazz Band, as well as such other films as La prisonnière espagnole (1997) and Un été à Osage County (2013).
