Konstantin Dimitrov Dimchev (his nickname was Didi) is Bulgarian actor .He was born in Sofia, Bulgaria on April 22, 1933. Konstantin Dimchev graduated in "acting" in the National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, Sofia, Bulgaria in 1956 and in 1958 he starred in the film "Adam's Rib". He was an actor, who has woven from artistry, aristocratic behavior and encyclopedia of mind. In Ruse Drama Theater Didi Dimchev comes after working in the metropolitan theaters: Theater "Labor Front", Bulgarian Army's Theater; theaters in Veliko Tarnovo, Pleven, Dobrich. He has taught at the National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, he has led a radio broadcast "Meetings with Costa." The period in which Didi Dimchev has worked in Ruse Drama Theatre was the period of such performances as "With Love not joke" by Alfred de Musset, "Fall of an Investigator" by Georgi Danailov, "Basil for Draginko" by Konstantin Iliev, "The Wild Duck" by Ibsen, "Treachery and Love" by Schiller, "The Merchant of Venice" by Shakespeare, "The Bottom" by Gorky. His biography in the cinema was too rich also, but Russe viewers will remember him mostly with his theatrical talent, which was "a storm of emotions, thoughts, intelligence." He died on December 2, 1984 in Russe, Bulgaria.
