Throughout the 1980s Di Cicco continued starring in such diverse films as Les croque-morts en folie (1982) and Splash (1984) - both directed by Ron Howard - the John Carpenter-produced Philadelphia Experiment (1984), the horror film Super Naturals (1986) and alongside Patrick Swayze in the drama Le tigre (1988).
Di Cicco continued acting until the mid-1990s.
He has two daughters, Jessica DiCicco and Katie Di Cicco.
