Desmond Devenish was born in Manhattan, New York City, New York. He is a writer, film and theatre director, actor, and producer known for Eddie & Sunny, This Little Show of Mine (2022), and Misfortune (2016). He began his career on Broadway, performing in On the Waterfront while studying film at NYU, and later earned a degree in theatre from Marymount Manhattan College.
