There’s never gonna be a moment in this lifetime or the next where I say that Donald Trump should be able to move past this Epstein Files debacle. It should be how he spends the rest of his life, and we should make sure it's a highlighted section in his legacy that he was heavily involved with prolific pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Rightfully, Jon Stewart spent another Monday night monologue on The Daily Show covering the absolutely bonkers ways Trump has been trying to spin the increasingly overwhelming evidence against him. Saying you never “had the privilege” to visit Epstein’s island? Saying pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell is something you’re “allowed to do”? It’s not innocent, as the kids say.
But do you know who else’s name has popped up in the Epstein Files news? The world’s most irritating vegan and the 42nd president, Bill Clinton. According...

Exclusive: Apple is in early development on a limited series about Claus von Bülow, the socialite who was accused in 1981 of attempting to murder his wife Sunny. Adolescence creator Jack Thorne is attached to write and executive produce.
The project, which attracted multiple bidders, is produced by Story Syndicate through its deal with Tomorrow Studios (an ITV Studios partner). Tomorrow Studios will produce and serve as studio. Pressman Film will also produce.
A rep for Apple declined comment.
In 1990, the von Bülow story was told on the big screen in Reversal of Fortune, which starred Glenn Close and Jeremy Irons and was produced by Edward R. Pressman and Oliver Stone. It was based on the 1986 book Reversal of Fortune: Inside the von Bülow Case, written by then-law professor Alan Dershowitz. Irons earned an Oscar for his portrayal of the lawyer-turned-socialite.
The movie recounts how Sunny endured a diabetic shock and fell into a coma.

Donald Trump is taking aim at the Wall Street Journal and his one-time friend Rupert Murdoch.
The President of the United States just filed a defamation lawsuit against Dow Jones, News Corp, Rupert Murdoch and two Wall Street Journal reporters over a recent report that alleged Trump sent Jeffrey Epstein a birthday letter containing “bawdy” content back in 2003.
Trump claims that the alleged birthday letter is fake.
“This is not me. This is a fake thing,” the president said in response to the reported letter.
Keep reading to find out more…
The Wall Street Journal‘s story claims that the letter was included in a birthday album that also featured contributions from people like attorney Alan Dershowitz and former Victoria’s Secret CEO Les Wexner.
Trump, who has had a friendly relationship with Murdoch over the years, no longer views him as an ally.

The internet was shocked senseless when it learned that Prince Andrew’s accuser, who is also one of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims, had committed suicide.
This is coming after she was involved in an accident which she claimed was life-threatening, but later confessed really wasn’t. So it was natural that some people should suspect foul play.
Whatever happened or didn’t happen, the consequence is that Andrew will no longer be accepted back into the public’s graces after this.
Virginia Giuffre’s “Made A Mistake” Admission Might Have Saved Prince Andrew, But Not Now, Insider Claims
Prince Andrew may have settled Virginia Giuffre in 2022 with millions of dollars, but some rumblings suggest that the Duke could possibly have considered returning to the case if he ever felt he’s gathered enough evidence to do so.

Donald Trump’s Department of Justice has released new documents that could be helpful in the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein’s case, including his contact list and flight logs. It was a major disappointment for the people, though, as the said file did not reveal any explosive information.

In fact, it did not mention any names of celebrities, politicians, or high-profile figures who are confirmed to have been guests on his private island. All we have for now is a list of Epstein’s contact list whose names are familiar to the public.

Harvey Weinstein’s brother, Bob Weinstein, might need to watch his back while he deals with the lawsuit filed against him.
As promised, President Donald Trump released the “first phase” of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein and his contact list. While the 200-page long binder did not provide any breaking news related to the Epstein List, it did unveil a few big names who had been on his contact list. From Mick Jagger and Michael Jackson to Alec Baldwin and Ivanka Trump, the documents only confirmed what the masses had been suspecting all this time.

One such name on the list was that of Bob Weinstein, film producer and the founder of Dimension Films, as well as the former co-chairman of Miramax Films and The Weinstein Company. Harvey Weinstein, now in jail, filed a lawsuit against his brother and a few others alleging financial fraud and conspiracy.

The 200-page document has made no big revelations, but it has mentioned all the celebrities and politicians who were on the contact list of the offender. Attorney General Pam Bondi has claimed that the FBI office in New York will investigate the document further for it to be disclosed to the public.

The Justice Department released the ‘Epstein Binder’, which contained documents like a contact list, flight logs, and other evidence related to s*x predator Jeffrey Epstein. U.S. President Donald Trump once maintained close ties with the disgraced financier. However, Trump’s name did not appear in the contact list released, and there is no proof that he was on the infamous ‘Epstein List’.

The new document contains no significant new information pertaining to the case. The President’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, and his former wife, Ivana Trump, were among those listed as Epstein’s contact. However, the document didn’t imply that anyone in the contact list was associated with Epstein’s crimes.

Where were you during the Oj Simpson car chase in Los Angeles? The Oj Simpson criminal trial was considered the tragedy of the century during the mid-1990s. American Manhunt: Oj Simpson goes back to the days of Oj Simpson, who was tried for the murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her boyfriend, Ronald Goldman.
Simpson built a persona over the years since the start of his football career at USC. He was later drafted by the Buffalo Bills and then played for the San Francisco 49ers before he moved into a career in acting and broadcasting.
He thrived in his charm and character, which had caught the attention of so many people around the world. The car chase and the trial were the highest in TV ratings at the time when his controversies took notice from the public.

Dana Carvey is having a blast now that he’s once again an unofficial cast member of Saturday Night Live. He’s appeared on every episode in Season 50 so far, not only breaking out his Joe Biden impression (which seems to have caught on) but hamming it up in other sketches as well. While he’s in the Big Apple, it’s a great time to catch up with old friends, he told David Spade on the Superfly podcast. “I could have a boozy lunch or a boozy dinner with some friend every day.”
One guy who’s never been known to turn down a boozy lunch? Jon Lovitz, a comic whose tenure at SNL largely overlapped with Carvey’s. He popped up at 30 Rock for the Ariana Grande rehearsals, a visit that went longer than promised.
“Hello?” said Spade, imitating Lovitz’s nasal lilt. “I’m available for sketches.

Hitmaking television mastermind Ryan Murphy’s latest reimagining of a sensational murder from the 1990s is the second entry in his Monster series, which goes plural as it takes a Rashomon-style approach in recreating the brutal 1989 murders of José and Kitty Menendez.
The series presents the before-and-after of the night the couple was gunned down in their Brentwood home by their two sons. After the world premiere of the pilot episode in New York last week, Murphy, along with the show’s co-creator Ian Brennan, revealed that the project was sparked by TikTok and Instagram creators who have championed the case for releasing the brothers from prison for years.

Several Republicans have endorsed Kamala Harris for president over the last few weeks, but one in particular shocked “The Daily Show” host Jon Stewart speechless. After slamming Alan Dershowitz for leaving the Democratic Party, Stewart went on a tear on Tuesday night’s live show only to be interrupted.
“Oh you’re no longer in the Democratic Party Alan Dershowitz? Well guess what, Democrats don’t want you anyway! Cause the Democratic Party has standards, Ok?,” he began.
At that, a news report cut in to announce that former Vice President Dick Cheney – a frequent “Daily Show” target during the Bush administration – has endorsed Harris. The camera cut back to a stunned Stewart who sat wide-eyed and speechless for a few seconds before fake-vomiting.
Stewart tried to move on but then interrupted himself. “I’m sorry, Dick Cheney can you meet me over at Camera 1?” The show then cut to...

According to the disclosure, Melania earned $237,000 in compensation for a single speaking engagement with the Log Cabin Republicans in April 2024. The event, held at Mar-a-Lago, was a $10,000-per-ticket fundraiser that raised approximately $5 million, which was split between Trump’s reelection campaign and the Republican Party.

O.J. Simpson's death hasn't changed anyone's mind about his perceived guilt despite being acquitted of murder. That is, except for a movie called The Juice. Filmmaker Joshua Newton struggled with casting for the film, initially targeting Owen Wilson for the lead role. Newton has overcome numerous hurdles in his filmmaking career, including technical and legal challenges in his previous work, Beautiful Blue Eyes.
Disgraced NFL athlete, actor, and celebrity O.J. Simpson passed away on April 11, and in the two weeks since then, people have hardly eulogized the man rhapsodically. Most people agree that Simpson seemed guilty of murdering his wife, Nicole Brown, and her friend, Ronald Goldman, despite being acquitted 30 years ago. Simpson has even morbidly teased his guilt, whether it's in footage where he pretends to stab someone to death or it's his book If I Did It, where the word 'if' is practically hidden in the title formatting.

Fred Goldman, the father of Ron Goldman issued a statement following the passing of O.J. Simpson at 76.
Simpson’s trial and the subsequent controversial acquittal for the murders of his former wife, Nicole Brown, and her friend, Ron Goldman, in 1994, garnered significant attention.
In a separate civil trial, a jury found him liable in 1997 for the deaths and ordered him to pay $33.5 million to the family members of Brown and Goldman.
Fred Goldman has remained vocal over the years, asserting Simpson’s responsibility for his son’s murder on June 12, 1994, just a month shy of Ron’s 26th birthday.
On June 12, 1994, Ron Goldman was returning sunglasses that had been left at a restaurant where he worked by the mother of Nicole Brown Simpson.
Tragically, both Goldman and Brown Simpson were stabbed and slashed dozens of times, their bodies were discovered the following day.

While it may have followed Seinfeld as Larry David's second major TV series, Curb Your Enthusiasm has the most unique voice of any TV series of the modern era.
While set almost entirely in Los Angeles, Curb has a very New York-centric and Jewish sensibility. And at the center of it all is Larry David, playing a probably-not-that-exaggerated version of himself.
The show started in October of 1999 as a one-off HBO special, meant to depict the return to stand-up comedy of Larry David, best known at that point as the co-creator of Seinfeld.
He was playing a version of Larry, who is independently wealthy yet seemingly never far from a confrontation about something small.
It soon became a surprisingly long-running comedy series, as its final season launched in February of 2024, nearly 25 years after that special.

Infamous sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s younger brother, Mark Epstein, speculated that former Attorney General Bill Barr may have been “protecting” high-profile individuals associated with his brother’s jail cell suicide.
Epstein, who faced federal charges of sex trafficking underage girls from Florida to New York, was found unresponsive in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center on August 10, 2019. Monday brought another round of unsealed documents in the ongoing disclosure of files related to the sex-trafficking operation run by Jeffrey Epstein and his convicted co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell. And once again, right-wingers pounced on damning accusations against former president Bill Clinton. But the alleged Epstein victim who made those claims admitted in 2019 that she made them up.
“This seems like a big deal if true why has nothing been done about it?” tweeted Donald Trump Jr., sharing a headline that read: “Court documents allege Jeffrey Epstein recorded sex tapes of Prince Andrew,...

Bill Clinton
Some mentions involving Bill Clinton include one from a Ghislaine Maxwell deposition, and another from Epstein accuser Johanna Sjoberg.
“I can’t recollect having a meal with them, but just so we are clear, the allegations that President Clinton had a meal on Jeffrey’s island are 100% false,” Maxwell said at one point during the deposition.

Four years after sex offender Jeffrey Epstein‘s suicide in jail, far-right conspiracy theorists remain enamored with the notion that he is key to proving that prominent Democrats comprise a secret pedophile cabal. And, with court documents related to a civil case against his human trafficking co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell starting to be unsealed Wednesday, many believe their political enemies are about to feel the sting of justice.
The material comes from a settled 2015 defamation suit brought against Maxwell by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre, with some mentioning public figures Donald Trump,...

In what is expected to be a series of releases over the next several weeks, the names of a couple of former presidents and dozens more were revealed Wednesday as associates of sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
Among the more than 180 individuals named in 943 pages of unsealed court documents, which saw the federal court website crash for a while as the names become public, were Donald Trump and Bill Clinton. The numerous references to the men, as well as Britain’s Prince Andrew, were unsurprising. To varying degrees, Trump and Clinton had long been publicly known to be associated with Epstein over the past decades.

Alan Dershowitz, the attorney who secured the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein‘s so-called 2008 “sweetheart” non-prosecution deal when the financier was first charged with sex crimes, took to his YouTube and Rumble channels on Wednesday ahead of the release of court documents expected to link more individuals to Epstein. He titled this livestream “The Epstein list and guilt by association,” but it wasn’t long before he went on a tangential tirade about Israel and Hamas.

Documents related to Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were released on Wednesday night after a judge ruled in December that the redacted information should be unsealed, according to a court order issued by Judge Loretta Preska.
Many of Epstein’s long-rumored powerful friends — including Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew — appear in the trove of previously sealed court records. In one deposition transcript, one accuser recalled Epstein saying Clinton “likes them young, referring to girls.” She also alleged that Prince Andrew once touched her breast while posing for a photo next to Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre,...

The conservative news streaming service is off to the races, showing off an impressive subscriber total for its first 30 days.
It’s hard to underestimate the importance of live news, even as cord-cutting continues to impact the TV-watching audience. One survey from September found that all age groups used their broadcast TV channels to watch news more than any other type of programming.
The conservative news streaming service Newsmax+ launched at the beginning of November. At the end of that month, the service had already accrued 150,000 subscribers. The figure is impressive for a streamer with a niche audience and a narrow selection of content. How is Newsmax+ Doing?
When Newsmax+ first launched earlier this month, it was undoubtedly a gamble for Newsmax. After all, the channel’s content had been streaming on a free ad-supported TV (Fast) channel on platforms like Roku and YouTube, so it was no guarantee that...

Very early in the morning on Donald Trump’s last day in office, the president announced he was pardoning Jonathan Braun, a loan shark who had been convicted of running a vast marijuana ring. Braun, who at the time was serving a 10-year sentence, was pardoned along with 142 others, including rappers Lil Wayne and Kodak Black.
Trump’s move undermined a years-long federal investigation, The New York Times reported Sunday. The paper also uncovered ties between Braun and the family of Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner.

As Donald Trump prepared to take the stand in the civil fraud trial that could destroy his business empire, the ex-president and his attorneys settled on a strategy built on spite and unbridled antagonism. According to two sources familiar with the matter and another person briefed on Team Trump’s legal strategies, Trump and his lawyers want to intentionally provoke the judge into a nuclear-level overreaction.

The hard-right news channel now has its own subscription streaming platform, with prices starting at $4.99 per month.
The removal of Newsmax from Directv earlier this year drew sharp protests from ultra-conservative viewers of the channel, who were quick to cry censorship at its withdrawal. Directv insisted there was no political motivation behind the removal, and eventually a new carriage deal brought the channel back to airwaves for Directv customers.
Carriage disputes are only becoming more common as cable and satellite lose customers, however. To help allay audience anxiety that the channel may be pulled from other providers in the future, Newsmax has launched its own direct-to-consumer (Dtc) service, imaginatively named Newsmax+, which is available now.

Doc NYC runs from November 8 through 26, featuring 30 world premieres and 26 U.S. premieres with more than 200 films programmed. New films from Wim Wenders, Penny Lane, Dawn Porter, and Jeff Zimbalist are among the lineup for America’s largest documentary festival, with screenings at New York City’s IFC Center, Sva Theatre, and Village East by Angelika. Larry David did not curb his dislike of Elon Musk while at a wedding.
The “Curb Your Enthusiasm” creator confronted Twitter Aka “X” owner Musk during agent Ari Emanuel’s 2022 wedding, as captured in new biography “Elon Musk,” written by Walter Isaacson.
David and Musk were sitting at the same table during the wedding reception, which led David to ask Musk, “Do you just want to murder kids in schools?” in an excerpt from the book (via The New York Post). The wedding took place four days following the Uvalde, Texas school shooting massacre.
Per the biography, Musk replied, “I’m anti-kid murder,” to which “Seinfeld” creator David asked, “Then how could you vote Republican?”
David later confirmed the encounter to biographer Isaacson, telling the author, “His tweets about voting Republican because Democrats were the party of division and hate were sticking in my craw. Even if Uvalde never happened,...

Donald Trump could be days away from another indictment, but as a third set of criminal charges looms, he’s struggling to recruit lawyers to defend him, three sources familiar with the situation tell Rolling Stone.
In recent weeks, the Trump team has tried, with mixed results, to bring aboard new lawyers to defend against an expected indictment over Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election and the Jan. 6 Capitol attack — even as Special Counsel Jack Smith has signaled his office is ready to bring charges.
The recruiting effort has been fraught for several reasons.

Just a few short days ago we wrote with delight that Kim Cattrall would make a surprise, short appearance in the second season of Max’s “Sex and the City” sequel, “And Just Like That.” Few could have predicted this, as she and the series star Sarah Jessica Parker have been pretty open about their fractured relationship, and that Cattrall’s character was effectively written out in the first season.
Someone else who learned about Cattrall’s involvement from a story just like ours (maybe even ours!) was “Sex and the City” and “And Just Like That” star Evan Handler, who plays Kristen Davis’s husband Harry. “I learned it the same day you did,” he said in an interview with “People.”

Well, would you looky here: Newsmax TV is back on DirecTV after all. Turns out all that mudslinging was mere posturing and negotiating, just like we said. How silly.
Newsmax TV will return to DirecTV, DirecTV Stream, and U-verse on Thursday on its prior home, Channel 349. Financial terms of the carriage agreement were not disclosed, but DirecTV said its customers will not incur additional costs. DirecTV booted NewsMax January 25 when they could not agree on an extension to their carriage deal. That led to an epic battle, one that included Newsmax accusing DirecTV of antisemitism.
The business spat devolved into a back-and-forth between leaders in the Jewish community, including Alan Dershowitz and Sen. Joseph Lieberman. First, Bryan Leib (self-described “Newsmax insider”) assembled a team of “two dozen prominent Jews” to sign a letter to DirecTV expressing “serious concerns” about the removal of Newsmax.

DirecTV and Newsmax went their separate ways last month, and the parting has been much more sorrow than sweet.
A quick recap: DirecTV, majority-owned by AT&T, said Newsmax was seeking “rate increases” that “would have led to significantly higher costs” for the customer. Newsmax TV says that’s nonsense, and it was already heavily discounted compared to lower-rated channels. This time, the shots fired were not just a negotiating tactic, and DirecTV wasted no time replacing the right-wing Newsmax TV with fellow conservative platform The First.
Well, Newsmax TV and DirecTV are not staying friends post-breakup. Since Day 1, Newsmax called DirecTV passing on a new carriage deal “censorship” and “de-platforming.” DirecTV maintains the decision was purely a business play.
In the weeks that have followed, Newsmax has seemingly spent as much time reporting how un-American DirecTV is as it has reporting the actual news.
