Born in Brooklyn, New York, raised on Long Island, went to Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.
Started acting on stage in Florida after college and suffering a brief stint in the corporate world. Started studying acting in NYC at Lee Strasberg Theater Institute, moved to LA soon after to pursue a career in TV & Film all the while staying on stage as much as possible.
Has also worked as a talent manager, workshop owner, in distribution for Miramax, as a casting assistant, directed and produced numerous plays. And writes when inspired.
