- In 1973 acquired British Lion Films which made Don't Look Now, Who, The Internecine Project, The Wicker Man, Ransom, The Land That Time Forgot. In 1976 British Lion merged with EMI Films Ltd which under his leadership made Murder On The Orient Express, The Driver, Death On The Nile and Warlords Of Atlantis.
- Appointed General Manager of Woodfall Films in 1964.
- In 1984 Appointed CEO of Consolidated - producer of MoWs, Miniseries' and series for US and British television.
- Founding member and Deputy Chairman of The British Screen Advisoary Council.
