  • Deezen is a huge fan of The Beatles, proclaiming himself to be their "biggest fan". For over a year, his official website featured a difficult Beatles trivia quiz - devised by Deezen himself - with a $100 prize for anyone who could answer all the questions correctly. He revealed in a later interview that nobody has ever claimed the prize.
  • He was considered for a role as a Tri-Lamb in the cult movie Les Tronches (1984).
  • On April 8, 2022, Deezen was arrested for fourth-degree burglary, two counts of trespassing, and one count of disturbing the peace in Maryland after forcing his way into a nursing facility and refusing to leave the property. The charges were later reduced by prosecutors as assault and disturbing the peace. He had previously been told to stay away from the property, having visited the residence several times before. In August 2022, Deezen was deemed unfit to stand trial due to a mental disorder. He was previously arrested in November 2021 for assault after refusing to leave a restaurant and threw items at police. He has been transferred to the Maryland Department of Health and remains in their care.
  • In September 2021, Deezen was arrested for resisting arrest at a restaurant in LaVale, Maryland. According to the Allegany Country Sheriff's Department, he had been asked by the restaurant's staff to leave and had refused, and threw "plates, bowls and food" when confronted.
  • Deezen is best known by the public for his role as nerdy high school student Eugene Felsnic in the musical romantic comedy Grease (1978) and its sequel Grease 2 (1982).
