  • Brunette, curly-haired child actress, member of the 'Our Gang' comedy shorts. Originally cast by Hal Roach for her ability to cry on cue. Retired from films in 1933, and later worked as a secretary at Republic Pictures and as a clerk for the Graduate School of Journalism at the University of California, Berkeley.
  • Got the nickname of Echo in the Our Gang shorts when she was cast as Chubby's sister with a compulsion to repeat everything he said.
  • Her mother was singer/dancer/actress Lillian DeBorba. Her father was a drummer with the Paul Whiteman band.
  • Died of emphysema and lung disease.
