- On 17 September 2017 the TV-programme Zondag met Lubach (the TV-programme which also made the Netherlands Second video) started a campaign for Erik de Vogel. De Vogel was nominated for the Televizier Ster (the biggest Dutch TV-award) for best actor, and Arjen Lubach really wanted Erik de Vogel to win the award. Consequence was that after the broadcast of the campaign the website of the Televizier went down, because many people wanted to vote (probably for Erik de Vogel).
