    • Jean-Pierre Darras was born on November 26, 1927 in Paris, France. He was an actor and writer, known for Le braconnier de Dieu (1983), Les fourberies de Scapin (1981) and La Gloire de mon père (1990). He was married to Corinne Lahaye and Catherine Bauche. He died on July 5, 1999 in Créteil, Val-de-Marne, France.

  • In 1985, he recorded a song together with his wife Corinne Lahaye called "Après Moi".
  • In 1993, with his wife Corinne Lahaye, he founded the" Estivales de Carpentras festival", which would take place until 2009.
  • He notably played Molière (whose Imaginary Memoirs he also wrote ) in the television series Molière pour rire et pour pleure.
