Biography

Althea was a very popular glamour model and actress during the 'nudie cutie' era of filmmaking in the late fifties\early sixities. Modeling, dancing, acting, columnist, she could do it all. Althea worked with some of the best directors of that genre' such as Peter Perry and Russ Meyer. Producers such as Dan Sonney and Harry Novak. She was one of the very few select actresses to star in more than one Meyer film. To the disappointment of many fans, Althea gradually retired from show business to settle down and raise a family.
