Was a successful male model in New York City during the '40s, '50s, and '60s. Ghostwrote children's books, "Royal Red," and one of the "Silver Chief" series, under the name of the late Jack O'Brien. Also wrote several unpublished television and screen plays.

Appeared in three movies starring Dana Andrews: "A Walk in the Sun", "The Best Years of Our Lives" and "Canyon Passage". In the last two, he either dated or was in love with the woman Dana romances.
