Ralph Fiennes is no stranger to a historical drama. His filmography includes Schindler's List, The English Patient, and most recently The Return, based on the ancient story, The Odyssey. However, one of his best historical films is actually an animated musical, titled The Prince of Egypt.
The Prince of Egypt combines exciting aspects of filmmaking such as animation and songwriting to bring a classic biblical story to life. As DreamWorks Animation's second film, The Prince of Egypt has an exciting production history that helped make it an audience favorite. Ralph Fiennes also delivers some of his best work in the movie.
