  • Clay loved bowling, sushi, mid-century modern furniture, hosting orphaned friends at Christmas and throwing extravagant Halloween parties. He loved the Talking Heads, the B52s, X, Pavement, the Clash, Gang of Four, the Butthole Surfers and David Bowie.
  • He had a passion for model building and left behind an enormous and meticulously maintained collection he painted by hand. He was also a very talented fine artist.
  • Zorak was C. Martin Croker's favorite voice role.
  • His inspirations were Ray Harryhausen, Chuck Jones, and Stanley Kubrick. He called them the innovators.
  • Graduated from Campbell High School in Smyrna, the same high school as Julia Roberts, whom he knew. Walton Goggins also attended Campbell.
  • Voice talent known for his work on several Cartoon Network TV shows. Performed the voices of Zorak, Moltar, and Dr. Weird among others.
  • Upon news of his surprising sudden death, all of his fans expressed their sadness with tributes, videos and articles made in honor of him. His friends George Lowe and Andy Merrill expressed their sadness in the wake of the news of his death through Facebook and Twitter, as he was a good person, and was very kind to everyone.
  • In addition to being a voice artist, he was an animator who worked on promos for the Cartoon Network.
  • Was very good friends with co-stars George Lowe, Andy Merrill and Dave Willis since working with them on Space Ghost Coast to Coast (1993).
  • He was cremated by Neptune Society. His urn vault was buried across from his parents at Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs, Georgia afterwards. His memorial service was held at Carmichael Funeral Home in his former hometown of Smyrna, Georgia on October 1, 2016.
