Ian Covell

Ian Covell is an American actor and improviser known for his versatile performances across television, film, and live comedy. He began his acting career in Orlando, Florida, performing in school productions and as an ensemble member at SAK Comedy Lab. He co-founded the award-winning sketch troupe THEM, which drew national attention for its sharp writing and performances.
Covell was later hired by Universal Studios Orlando to originate the role of Igor in the Beetlejuice Graveyard Revue. In 2010, he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where he became a main stage performer and improv teacher at The Village Theatre. In 2012, he launched his own training program and venue, Highwire Comedy Co.
Since then, Covell has built a steady screen career, with roles in The Resident (FOX), Irresistible (written and directed by Jon Stewart), and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (Marvel Studios), portraying a range of characters from tough-guy outlaws to IT professionals.
