Constantin Bebe Cotimanis is a Romanian film and theater actor .He was born on February 18, 1955 in Bucharest, Romania. He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1986.In 1983, he plays first role in the movie Misterele Bucurestilor. Other notable roles in Asfalt Tango (1995),Lacrimi de iubire (2005) ,Vlad (2019) . Play on the stage of the theaters ''Nottara'' and ''National I.L. Caragiale'' in Bucharest. He was married with Florina Marcuta .He has two children Adela and Matei.
