    Brother of writer Riccardo Mantoni and father, with first wife Luciana Guerra, of Roberto Mantoni (born in 1953) who in turn had two children, Lorenzo and Cristina, with his wife Daniela. From 1973 Corrado lived together with Marina Donato for 23 years before marrying her. They married in Rome with civil ceremony. The ceremony was officiated by mayor Francesco Rutelli. The people invited were 22, including Silvio Berlusconi, founder of the Fininvest Group and of the political party Forza Italia.
