Doug enjoys competing in the Ironman competition, held every August in
his hometown of Pentiction, British Columbia. He placed 496th in 1995,
678th in 1996, 644th in 1997, and 951st in 1998.
Took part in the Adidas Vancouver International Half Marathon 21.1 Km
(13.11 Miles) on Sunday May 4, 2003; coming in 399th with a final time
of 1 hour 40 seconds.
