    • Carol Coombe was born on September 20, 1911 in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. She was an actress, known for The Man Without a Face (1935), The Ghost Train (1931) and Woman to Woman (1947). She was married to Guiseppe Lopez and Ronald Armstrong-Jones. She died on October 4, 1966 in Rome, Lazio, Italy.

  • Signed to a seven-year contract by Universal. She was set to star as Estella in Great Expectations (1934) before Jane Wyatt was cast. She seems to have appeared in the film in some other, uncredited capacity. She broke her contract and returned to London after four months to resume theater roles.
  • Stepmother of prominent photographer Antony Armstrong-Jones Snowdon.
  • Daughter of Sir Thomas and Lady Alice Coombe.
  • She was reportedly considered to play the role of adult Em'ly in David Copperfield (1935) but the role went to Florine McKinney.
