Doolittle Theatre (University of California) in Los Angeles, California with Judy Davis, Roger Rees and Simon Jones in the cast. Peter Wood was director.
He was awarded the CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) before being awarded Knight Bachelor of the Order of the British Empire in the 2014 Queen's New Years Honours List for his services to the theatre.
