  • Trivia
She appeared as a co-star in the dinner theater production entitled " Beginner's Luck." The play was written by actor Bob Crane who also at the time appeared as her co-star. It was prior to a presentation of the play in Scottsdale Arizona that Bob Crane was tragically murdered in his hotel room on June 29, 1978. Joy was one of the last individuals to see Bob Crane alive. Hours earlier she had been rehearsing with Bob Crane in preparation for their next theater performance. The crime to this day remains an unsolved mystery.
