She got offered a main role in Holland's most popular sitcom ever, Zeg
'ns AAA (four million viewers at its peak), when she was still studying
at the Dutch Theater School. Early nineties she plays the leading role
in Diamant. For sure one of the most controversial TV series ever made
in The Netherlands, set in a world of glamour, incest and decadence.
Next to film and TV, Kiki was the owner of a beach club in The Hague, halfway the nineties. As one as the most famous women of The Netherlands, Kiki feels more and more suffocated by the media pressure, and decides to concentrate more on theater. In 2001 however, she makes a comeback in Terrorama!, a scandalous but also critically acclaimed Dutch film wherein she plays a terrorist.
In 2006 she starts a second, again successful career as musical star. The season 2006/07 she was seen in Wat Zien Ik, based on the film by Paul Verhoeven.
