Chane has a B.A. Motion Picture/TV Production, U. Wisconsin (Madison)
Greenwich Academy; Greenwich, CT (Grades 3-12). She directs throughout
the Los Angeles area. For the past ten years she's directed new works
at The Playwrights Group where she is a founding member, Theatre
Forty-Beverly Hills, Women In Theater, Women in Film, and the Inner
City Cultural Center. She has trained at Joan Darling's Acting
workshop, Judith Weston's Acting For Directors workshop, Academy Of
Television Arts And Science's repertory workshop, Lilyan Chauvin's
directing workshop, Women In Film's performers/writers workshop,
directing member experience relating to directing.

After a five year stint at Paramount Pictures, Chane formed her own production BG: company CPC Entertainment. CPC's thriller _IN the Eyes of a Stranger (1992) (TV)_, starring Richard Dean Anderson, garnered top ratings and reviews for CBS. She's directed over 25 plays throughout Los Angeles and is a founding member of The Playwights Group.
She is also a member of ATAS, HRTS, NY NATAS, Cinewomen, IFP, IFPWest, University Club, NYWIFT, WIF.
