Erik's career has spanned over 26 years in the film and television industry. His most notable credits include "Desperate Housewives", where as an Art Director he earned two Emmy nominations and an Art Director's Guild Award nomination, "The Majestic", "Team America", "Freaks & Geeks", "Memento", "SIX", "Manhunt: Unabomber", "The Outpost", and most recently, "Shadow Force" for Lionsgate.
He has had the opportunity to collaborate with many acclaimed film makers, including Christopher Nolan, Frank Darabont, Trey Parker, Marc Cherry, Dan Fogelman, Joe Carnahan , Rod Lurie, David Crane, , Bill Broyles and Greg Yaitanes, among many others.
A Seattle native, Erik obtained a bachelor's degree in Architecture and Environmental Design at the University of Colorado-Boulder. An offer brought him to Los Angeles where he earned his first television credit as an Art Director on Judd Apatow's "Freaks & Geeks" and first feature film credit in the position on Christopher Nolan's "Memento".
