    Died 4 days after TNA Wrestling Lockdown event. He was in a tag team match with Lance Hoyt against Sonny Siaki and Apolo. During the match, he landed wrong and his ankle broke. Against doctors advice, he flew in an airplane which led to a blood clot and pneumonia which led to his death.
