  • A few years after 20th Century Fox ended its television production "Lost in Space", Guy Williams reunited with Calvin to reprise their roles of Don Diego de la Vega/Zorro and Sergeant Garcia for stage performances in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • He sang in a church choir at First Baptist Church of Dallas during his childhood.
  • Calvin impersonated Oliver Hardy when he made his guest appearance on The Dick Van Dyke Show (1961), with Van Dyke as Stan Laurel in the second season episode "The Sam Pomerantz Scandals".
